You can upgrade and pay for USPS Priority at checkout if you’re feeling frisky!
When will my order ship?
For First Class shipments, you can expect your new jewels in 3-5 business days once it ships.
Priority will bring your shiny friends home in 2-3 business days.
In stock items ship regularly throughout the week.
Pre-order items are still in production and should have a shipping date listed on the product page.
Back-ordered items should be back in stock in 2-6 weeks
Made to Order items, including all solid gold pieces, can take up to 20 business days to ship.
If your order has multi-status pieces, products may be shipped separately or combined to ship on the latest date. If you have a multi-status order and a preference for how you would like it to be shipped, please let me know here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you use toxic chemicals from outer space in your packaging?
Our shipping boxes are sourced responsibly from eco-friendly materials. All packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes! We sure do!
We offer International Priority that is calculated at checkout depending on your location. This will take roughly 6-8 business days and provides international tracking.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Oh no! I ordered the wrong size! Do you offer exchanges?
We want you to love your jewelry! If a piece does not fit correctly, please email us within 2 weeks of receiving your package at email@example.com to start the exchange process. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you accept returns?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of receiving your package. To qualify for returns, items must be unworn and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Fine jewelry and made-to-order pieces do not qualify for returns. So make sure you know your ring size - here is how!
We will refund your purchase immediately upon receiving the returned package at our clubhouse. Note: The bank may take up to 14 days to process the refund.
If purchased at a third party retail location, please contact them for returns/exchanges.
